در راستای آمادگی برای برگزاری موفق پنجمین دوره جشنواره بین‌المللی خلاقیت و نوآوری تبریز در هنرهای اسلامی و صنایع دستی (ارسیکا)، دست‌اندرکاران این رویداد فرهنگی در نشستی هم‌اندیشی با تمرکز بر چگونگی برگزاری نمایشگاه‌ها، کارگاه‌ها و بخش‌های علمی و هنری، هماهنگی‌های لازم را مورد بحث قرار دادند. این نشست در تاریخ ۱۳ مهرماه برگزار شد و تقریباً تمامی اعضای گروه اجرایی و دبیران همایش در آن حضور داشتند. دکتر کریم میرزایی، دبیر جشنواره ارسیکا، در این نشست بر حضور اندیشمندان و هنرمندان کشورهای اسلامی اعلام کرد که جشنواره در روزهای ۲۷ و ۲۸ مهرماه ۱۴۰۴ برگزار خواهد شد و شامل بخش‌های متنوعی از جمله نمایشگاه‌های بین‌المللی و ملی آثار هنری، کارگاه‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی در حوزه هنرهای اسلامی و صنایع دستی، و پنل‌های علمی با محوریت نوآوری‌های فرهنگی است. و نیاز است دستور العمل های لازم برگزاری در سطح بین المللی در کلیه ارکان و با هماهنگی برگزار کنندگان انجام شود. در بخش دیگری از نشست، پیشنهادهایی برای هماهنگی‌های عملیاتی مطرح شد؛ از جمله اختصاص غرفه‌های فروش آثار هنری در فضاهای دانشگاه،  بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های دانشگاه و شهرداری تبریز به علاوه مجتمع عالی ربع رشیدی در برگزاری مورد تایید قرار گرفت،  در این بین هر کدام از دبیران اجرایی در بخش های مختلف گزارشهایی از پیشرفت کار در این زمینه ارائه نمودند. جشنواره ارسیکا به عنوان یکی از رویدادهای برجسته فرهنگی تبریز، فرصتی برای معرفی ظرفیت‌های هنری ایران به جهان اسلام فراهم می‌کند و انتظار می‌رود با این هماهنگی‌ها، دوره پنجم آن با شکوه بیشتری برگزار شود.



In preparation for the successful execution of the fifth edition of the Tabriz International Festival of Creativity and Innovation in Islamic Arts and Handicrafts (IRCICA), the organizers of this cultural event convened a deliberative session focused on the modalities for conducting exhibitions, workshops, and scientific and artistic sections, during which essential coordination measures were thoroughly discussed. This session took place on 5 October 2025 (13 Mehr 1404) and was attended by nearly all members of the executive team and the conference secretaries. 
 
Dr. Karim Mirzaei, Secretary of the IRCICA Festival, emphasized during the session the participation of scholars and artists from Islamic countries. He announced that the festival is scheduled for 19 and 20 October 2025 (27 and 28 Mehr 1404) and will encompass a diverse array of components, including international and national exhibitions of artistic works, educational and research workshops in the domain of Islamic arts and handicrafts, and scientific panels centered on cultural innovations. Furthermore, it is imperative to formulate and implement the necessary guidelines for hosting the event at an international level across all facets, in close coordination with the organizing entities. 
 
In another segment of the session, proposals for operational coordination’s were presented and endorsed, including the allocation of sales booths for artistic works within university premises and the leveraging of the capacities of the university, Tabriz Municipality, and the Rab'-e Rashidi Complex for event facilitation. Meanwhile, each executive secretary from the various sections delivered reports on the progress of activities in their respective areas.
